HOUSE GUIDELINES :

• No smoking inside
• Be courteous of noise levels (the neighbors will report excess noise to the city!)
• Leave ski boots at door- equipment can be stored inside the storage locker on the front entryway, lock code: 1-11-1
• Dumpster is located in the parking lot if you go out front and to the left of the front door.

COMFORT :

• Heating: Digital thermostat in the kitchen controls the downstairs fireplace. Each bedroom has a thermostat that control the electric baseboard heaters.
• Cooling: There is no Air Conditioning, however, here in the mountains it is customary to open the windows in the evenings to allow the cool mountain air for you to trap in the mornings- closing the blinds helps block out the harsh sun. There are ceiling fans and portable fans to help draw in the cooler evening air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

• Dishes started in the dishwasher
• Thermostats set to 56 degrees.
• Return Parking Permits to coat hook (the HOA charges $250. to replace each permit!)
• Return Pool/Hot Tub FOB to coat hook (also $250. replacement!)
